the problem with personality tests is that they must assume in the first place that we already know ourselves so that we are able to answer the questions about ourselves correctly. but we often dont. the results of personality tests reflect our distorted image of ourselves rather than our real personalities. birth charts work the other way around: they present to us our personality, independently of how we think we are. so some things we might believe to be incorrect or unfitting or we interpret them in different ways. however, as we learn more about ourselves we realize more and more how correct it really is and how literal some of the interpretations can be taken, although we didn’t realize how perfectly they played out in our lives and selves.
